LUKE RENZLAND
Cycle Trader Rock River Yamaha rider Luke Renzland has been trending upward here in the latter half of the 2016 season. The third year rider out of New Jersey began his outdoor season fresh off of a collarbone injury and was not up to 100%. He was struggling to stay in the top twenty but after the first few rounds went by, he
returned to full health and started climbing closer and closer to the front. He has finished no worse than fourteenth at the last five rounds highlighted by a career best eighth place overall at Southwick. He has shown great consistency for a rider of his age and it is paying dividends. We have seen him go from top twenty rider, to top fifteen rider and now knocking on the door of being a top ten rider. This kind of improvement in the midst of the season pays tribute to the hard work he and his team have been putting forth over the years and is a sign of good things to come. Renzland is looking to get back to flirting with the top ten after a nice two week break this weekend at Unadilla.
