>> Davi Millsaps had a really rough time last weekend after a rough practice crash that caused him to sit out the entire night of racing. Losing a handful of points, it’s going to be tough to recover from that considering he is facing some really heavy competition. With how tough the competition is Millsaps is still sitting comfortably sixth in points heading into Toronto. The cold winter day up in Canada started out decent for the Rocky Mountain KTM rider qualifying twelfth fastest of the day. For the heat race Millsaps started out in fourth off the start but quickly glided his way into third passing Bogle. Trying to hang onto his third place he couldn’t quite keep it getting passed by Musquin. The quick heat race ended and Millsaps moved onto the main event with a fourth place heat race finish. His KTM was loving the Toronto dirt getting a killer start for the main event. Sitting in fourth right off the get go it was one of his best starts of the season. He maintained his fourth place position for the first few laps of the race, then Bagget made a mistake and he moved his way into third. It was longing before Bagget and Dungey passed him back though sending him back two positions into fifth. The rest of the race followed that suit, Mill- saps losing more positions. Before the race had ended he had fallen back to seventh where he crossed the finish line. A good finish well within the top ten, Millsaps still has somethings he needs to work on to get him back to that podium.
