>> Toronto has its fair share of famous stars throughout an abundance
of industries throughout our world. Names such as Drake, actor Mike Myers, and Deadmau5, all have been graced with their linins of childhood synonymous with the town now branded “the 6.” With the aforemen- tioned Drake putting the city to new heights, anyone performing athletics, entertainment, whatever it may be in Toronto, wants to provide their best possible effort, because they know what the city can do to someone who they embrace, and that’s pushing them to the forefront of their admira- tion. Malcolm Stewart has recognized this notion, and placed his best foot forward from the time he stepped onto Canadian soil. His effort was apparent on the first lap of practice, and would translate all throughout the night, coming to a head in the 450 main event. Once the green flag was flying from the officials tower, he was trying to make moves with dyer urgency. A spectacular start found himself inside the top five, just behind veteran’s such as Davi Millsaps and Broc Tickle. He would quickly try to transcribe the notes of the elder’s and latch on with every ounce of being he had, he would need it, as the track would only get rougher from here. Each lap, however, he would begin to dwindle, little by little. The mass of 450 adrenaline was overwhelming him, and he was having trouble just to stay afloat. Each lap, another position would die down; the morale of the young Floridian was quickly diminishing. Sixth, to seventh and so on, and the epitome of the drop would summit when the number 10 of the Moto- Concepts Honda would push the Suzuki to the brink; a block pass would ensue in the right hander before the dragon’s back, with Josh Grant and even Justin Bogle doing the same! He appeared to be so frustrated, the crowd and mechanics area on looking in dismay. He would cross the final stripe in 15th, disappointing, but living to ride another day.
