>> Jalek Swoll took the advantage at the beginning of the race by grabbing the holeshot ahead of fellow Husqvarna rider, Carter Biese, as well as Austin Black. Swoll slowly broke away throughout the first flying lap, even taking a cheeky look over his shoulder over one of the double jumps to reassure himself of his lead. Biese and Black never ended up more than a couple of bike lengths apart from one anoth- er; the two of them turned almost identical lap times as Black began to pile pressure on the Wisconsin native over the course of the white flag lap. Meanwhile, Swoll managed his gap at the front of the field, cruising to an unrivaled victory in supreme style. The battle for 2nd ended in tears for Biese as he came together with the KTM rider of Black before the left hander down into the gator pit; therefore, handing the final podium spot to Ethan Mann.
