Camacho was fighting to find a workable setup following Friday’s damp conditions and he made some progress throughout
Saturday morning. Things were looking up in qualifying until he experienced a fast crash in the somewhat damp conditions,

completely thrashing his bike in the process. Fortunately, he was able to escape unscathed and still managed to qualify in eleventh place on the grid with a 1:33.503. The Texan put the incident behind him and nailed the start when the first race began, moving
up to tenth position on the second lap. He tucked in behind Jody Barry at the back of a five rider group, remaining composed and consistent as he waited to make his move in the latter stages of the race. At the halfway point, sparks began to fly and Camacho worked his way past Barry and Anthony Mazziotto II in a matter of three laps, promoting himself to eighth position. At that point, the gloves came off between the pack of riders and they chopped and changed positions from one corner to the next. Camacho was able to hold firmly between seventh and eighth position, right on the verge of the Superstock 600 podium leading up to the final couple laps of the race. He planned his attack accordingly and put himself in position to make a move at the finish line as
he drafted past Jason Aguilar and Nick McFadden on his way to his first podium of the season. In the second race, Camacho maintained his qualifying position on the first lap as he came across the stripe in eleventh position. The Texan immediately found himself in a battle with Aguilar and he was forced to give way to the Californian, but he did his best in the early stages to stick to the back of the Yamaha rider. He lacked the race pace of Aguilar and lost touch with the group ahead of him, shifting his focus
to Daytona Anderson behind him. Camacho remained steady in tenth position until the eighth lap when a battle with Anderson commenced; the two of them worked their way past Brandon Paasch and the Suzuki rider did his best to stay within touching distance of the Rickdiculous Racing Yamaha. He was able to work his way back past Anderson with only a couple of laps to go, but Braeden Ortt was there to pick up the scraps and was able to pipp Camacho on the last lap, forcing him to settle for tenth position overall and seventh place in the Superstock 600 class.
