>> It’s a combination of both style and speed that can captivate a young fan, someone searching for an idol to take after, copying there every move. And with natural ability like Oklahoma’s Justin Bogle, it’s hard for new riders in
the sport, not to naturally flock to the number 19. His style was ever appar-
ent throughout the day, and into the first moto. Storming across the first set
of downhill’s, he was still photogenic for the cameras, tucked in just behind rookie Justin Hoeft, battling the likes of Dean Wilson at the same time. Never looking to get into a rush, he would be smooth as butter, but fall of the pace just a tad. Being overtake by riders such as Jason Anderson on lap four, Weston Peick, and Cooper Webb shortly thereafter. He was just a click off,
not really gelling with the motorcycle, as he tiptoed his way through the ruts prior to the finish line. The rather hesitant effort would place him in an unusual 12th place. It was time for redemption in moto number two, reloading the AK with an extra magazine, looking to spray the competition with dirt pellets as
he stormed of the line. Coming across timing and scoring in fifth, he looked to have a little more urgency this time around, although he was quickly overtaken by Marvin Musquin and Broc tickle. He would remain solid though, holding seventh for quite sometime; making his way past Weston Peick on lap eighth. He would rally, getting just behind his all familiar foe of Tickle in the closing moments, the sweat dripping from his brow, goggle lenses beginning to fog. With the lack of vision, regardless, he motored on, coming home to a solid fifth, an overall score of eighth on the day.
