When the main began, canard got off to a terrible start but somehow banged his way into 5th by the end of the first lap. Trey continued to battle and made the pass on Pourcel for 3rd and was in podium position. unfortunately, it was only for a short period of time because Trey was passed right after by Anderson. canard settled into 4th place and put in some clean laps. He was able to navigate the Indy ruts cleanly and finished in a season best 4th place in Indy. He will assuredly be knocking on the door of a podium next weekend.
