Flock did well to battle inside the top ten and showed impressive speed to battle toward the front of the field. He came into the racing at Baja Acres prepared to do battle for the Brawl and improve his results in the Schoolboy class. He decided to contest four classes; 125 B/C, 250 B, Schoolboy 1, and Schoolboy 2. On the first day of racing, Flock took a win in his 250 B heat as well as
a 2nd place finish in Schoolboy 2. The Oklahoma native’s worst finish on Saturday was in the Schoolboy 1 class where he suffered a mediocre start and was only able to work his way back to 6th place. The 125
B/C race was delayed until Sunday, because of the event being behind schedule. The gate dropped on Sunday morning and Flock was unlucky to be tangled in an incident with multiple riders coming out of
the first corner. He was clipped by
a couple of bikes and that abruptly brought an end to his racing for the rest of the weekend. The extent of the injury hasn’t been revealed, but it seems as if it’s nothing too serious.
