The 65cc class was one of the most competitive classes of the entire weekend with the top three riders regularly trading fast laps and positions on the regular. The start was heavily dependent on who had the advantage to take the moto win and Cochran put himself in a good position out of the gate more often than not. In the final Limited class moto, he really put on a charge toward the front with the fastest lap of the race, but he made a mistake while pushing for the win and decided to ride smart in order to clinch the overall. The youngster out of Tennessee will be one to watch at Ponca City as he’s been looking incredibly strong on his Cobra as of late.
