ADAM JOHNSON
250 C

>> 250 C was an intense battle to the first corner as always with
a completely stacked gate of competition ready to blast off; it was the Yamaha of Noah Tankersley who avoided the first turn carnage and took the holeshot, but he was quickly overtaken by his fellow Yamaha rider of Adam Johnson. Johnson immediately put his head down and began to create a gap from the lead, using the full extent of the track to carry his momentum. The Floridian was easily the most comfortable rider on the track as he carved his way through the bowl corners with perfect technique, leaving behind the battle for second place and putting himself out front in his very own race. Johnson found his way into lap traffic within just a couple of laps, but he experienced no problems making his way past the slower riders. The battle for second place raged on between Tankersley and the Kawasaki of Rylan Smith as they swapped insides and outsides for a number of consecutive laps. Smith was able to make the move before the finish line and move into second position, but Johnson had already separated himself from the rest of the field. He calmly cruised to a main event victory in an extremely dominant performance as he sealed with win with an enthusiastic fist pump over the finish line.
