MICHAEL SISEMORE
PLUS 30

>> The 30+ class came down the start straight in an evenly matched battle for the holeshot, but it was ultimately the Kawasaki of Michael Mercer that grabbed the advantage. He was immediately overtaken in the second rhythm section after he experienced some sort of bike issue by the Suzuki of Michael Sizemore, who over- took first position and wasted no time building a gap. By the time two laps had elapsed, the Georgia native had a lead that spanned multiple sections of the track and he was clearly feeling the flow.
He scrubbed each and every jump with a purpose, down-siding each landing with designated precision. Once he had settled into his pace at the front of the pack, it was bad news for the rest of
the competition. Sizemore found himself in a race of his own and turned consistent laps reminiscent of the practice track as he began to work his way through lapped traffic. Meanwhile, the battle for second raged on between Corey Romero and Eric Mckay, but they were no match for the eventual winner of Sizemore, as he went onto a dominant victory that spanned the entirety of the moto.
