>> Puffs of two-stroke smoke filled the Georgia Dome as the screaming beehive of 125s shot down the start straight and into the first corner. The Yamaha machine of Gage Linville earned the lead and the early advantage at the head of the field in front of fellow Ya- maha rider, Brantley Schnell. The Georgia native in the lead wasted no time building a comfortable advantage back to second position as he hit his marks with consistency and precision in order to disap- pear into the distance. The battle for third really began to heat up as Dominic Andrew and Jordan Jarvis battled it out for the final podium spot; Jarvis was doing everything in her power to grab the final spot on the box, taking a multitude of different lines to try and gain an advantage. Meanwhile, Linville cruised to the victory in a completely uncontested showing of dominance. Once he was able to hit the front of the field on the opening lap, he never looked back and kept charging forward with his head down as he turned a heat race vic- tory into yet another main event win.
