COLE SEELY
IMAGE/JACKEDWARDS
Cole Seely is looking to stay healthy for the entirety of his sophomore outdoor season here in 2016.
Over the past couple of years Seely has come down with a slew of injuries that have been nagging
at him. His consistency with injuries has taken its toll on his consistency on the track. Last summer he would only race five rounds into the series before coming down with a shoulder injury that needed surgery sidelining him for the remainder of the season. Not the way he planned on his rookie season ending but he was able to get some experience in and around that coveted top five. He started 2016 in Supercross with back to back podiums and only one finish outside of the top ten until he would go down hard in a practice crash chipping his C7 vertebrae. He would return for the final three rounds and would come back swinging gaining a third place finish in East Rutherford. He enjoyed a nice end to the season and the rare ability to jump right back into the thick of things after injury. Seely should be more than ready to contend for race wins this summer as long as he can avoid that feared injury bug.
