got in a heated battle leaving Decotis in 2nd position, which was short lived because the hard charging Joey Savatgy made a last lap pass on the #58 for a better gate position. In the main event Decotis would get off to a 4th place start but quickly got pushed back by defending champ Cooper Webb. After a few good laps and misfortune from other riders it looked like it was going to be a great night for Decotis, putting himself
in 2nd by the midwaypoint. Unfortunately the #58 had a rough second half of the race and would fall back to 7th place at the checkers.
