MIKE ALESSI
#800 Mike Alessi- The holeshot king has been having
rough starts this season. You have to think it might have to
do with the brand switch that Motoconcepts/ Smartop team made from Suzukis to Hondas. Although his starts aren’t there, Mike has consistently been getting better results this season, getting a season high of 12th place last weekend at Glendale. M. Alessi is sitting in 13th in the season standings after round 5 and if he can start getting into the top 10 where he should be he’ll be gaining position standings fast. Mike has always been questioned about his supercross ability but after finishing just outside the top ten these past 3 weekends, it’s safe to say that Mike is very comfortable on a SX track. Look for Mike to regain his holeshot technique this season and get better results.
