Jordon Smith seemed to be unaffected by his crash last weekend and had a wild start to his Saturday night in San
Diego. Smith and others put on a show for the fans in 250 Heat 1, many positions were switched around and Jordon ended up with a 4th. When the 250 Main started, Jordon was the first Geico Honda to come out of the first turn. Smith rode solid in the top 5 until getting together with Cooper Webb in a rhythm section, where his night was cut short. He was scored with a 19th place for the night.
