2018 wasn’t an ideal year for Stilez Rob- ertson as he spent the majority of his time recovering from a knee injury that he sus- tained at the JS7 Freestone Spring Champi- onship. The Californian tipped over in prac- tice and ended up suffering a torn ACL that sidelined him for the better part of the year, consequently forcing him out of the Loretta Lynn Amateur National Championship, as well as some other major races throughout the year. The Team Green Kawasaki rider returned to action at Mini Os and immedi- ately picked up where he left off as he was one of the top riders in the B class, consis-
tently competing for race wins and podium finishes on both the supercross and moto- cross track. Although he won a total of four races at the Thor Winter Olympics, Rober- ston wasn’t able to put it all together for a title, therefore spurring him onward with a bit of extra motivation to get the job done in Glendale. The Team Dunlop Elite alum im- mediately established himself as one of the top riders in the B division as he effortlessly logged fast laps during practice, sending
a message to the competition that he was gunning for the top step of the podium. Rob- ertson contested 250 B, Schoolboy 2, and
