ADAM CIANCIARULO
We all know Adam Cianciarulo entered the professional ranks with insanely high expectations after he enjoyed the most successful amateur career in the history of the sport. He was pegged to be one of the best ever since he was on 65s and all that hype has been following him his entire life. When he finally turned pro back in 2013, he struggled adapting to the style of the big leagues and many people seemed to write him
off as another amateur bust. But one year later he was back on top dominating the east coast supercross series before getting sidelined with a shoulder injury. That injury seemed to start a domino effect for AC as he just could not escape the injury bug. Since that first shoulder issue, we have not really seen him at full strength. We saw flashes of him returning to form last outdoor season but he would suffer yet another injury sidelining him once more. But now in 2016, he has remained injury-free and looks poised to complete his first full outdoor season. He has gathered a plethora of experience leading races and battling up front this year and is slowly regaining his endurance and confidence. He has had some solid finishes so far but is still looking for that big breakout day. He has two more races to do it and the odds are in his favor as he is stronger than at any point this season.
