>> Chris Blose really capped off an incredible night of racing for the Rockstar Energy OTS- FF Yamaha team as he topped the box for the first time this season. The Arizona native had the support of his wife at the races for the first time this season as well and it obviously paid off; he was on fire throughout the entire day. Blose was able to top timed qualifying and earn himself the number one spot heading into his heat race. After dominating his heat race in the same fashion that he dominated the timing sheets in practice, Blose went into the head-to-head racing as the man to beat. He was able to make his way to the finals,
get matched up against Jace Owen, and subsequently show up the points leader, thereby harnessing a handful of momentum heading into the mains. Blose continued to rocket out of the gate as he found himself in first position on the first flying lap of the opening main event; it was almost too easy for him. He soared to the victory relatively uncontested, but the second main event was a different story -- Blose wasn’t able to get the start and was forced to battle back from outside of the top five, eventually making his way to fourth place and salvaging the overall victory in the process.
