Lets be honest,
its not easy being mike alessi, but this season has been very impressive for
mike so far. mike was able to make a pass on, what seemed to be, a healthy James stewart in the 2nd lap of heat
1 at oakland and thats something that very few people have been able to cross off their ‘to do’ list. sure, the move only lasted for one section before James passed him back, but mike does have the speed and looks better
on the bike than he ever has. mike seems to be aggressive and fast this season, but his results have struggled. if mike can re-establish his past title of “holeshot King” and be able to keep pace for twenty laps, he could definitely be a contender for a top ten finish this year.
