round 5 of the monster energy supercross season would be another solid night for Kyle Cunningham. starting the day off qualifying 12th in practice and giving himself a decent gate pick for his heat race. Kyle would start his night charging down the 100 yard start straight mid pack, having his work cut out for him if he wanted a qualifying position. Working his way up to 10th place on lap 6, Kyle had one more lap to try and steal the last transfer spot to the main.
