Chance Hymas held onto 4th place for the full duration of the moto, fending off a late race charge from Kawasaki’s Jayden Clough who was ripping through the field after a mediocre start. Clough worked his way from 9th to 5th and set the fastest lap time on the 3rd lap, giving himself confidence for the next moto. DiFrancesco put his Kawasaki out front again in the second moto, this time giving himself a little bit more of a gap at the front of the pack.
