Martin Davalos struggled early in qualifying in Las Vegas. He was only able to qualify 13th overall before the rain hit but knew that the track would be much different come race time. As the rain began to sprinkle down again, the races began as well. Martin lined up for the second race of the night and knew
it was going to be tough. With rain pouring down, the gate dropped, and Martin got off to a decent start.
He was running 4th place until a mistake in the rhythm section forced him to crash. He got back up and was able to get back into qualifying position. On the last lap, he got a little sketchy through the whoops and was forced off the track but still managed to cross the line in 8th. The track was an absolute disaster when the Main began and the struggles continued for Davalos. He had troubles in the start and found himself in 17th by the end of the first lap. By lap 6, he had sliced and diced his way up to 11th and seemed to be on a mission. Sketchy moments were happening every second and everyone was doing their best to keep it on two wheels. Martin eventually would finish 10th in Las Vegas.
