>> Out of all the riders who have shown the potential, but still have not be able to get
a win this season if one of them were to snag a win of the craziness of Seattle I would have thought Cooper Webb would have been the guy. However, after qualifying concerns began to cast. Coop was able to qualify eighth in the mud; he crashed four times in the single qualifying session. Going into his Heat Race he came out with a second place start. He looked good, looked as if he had the potential to grab a Heat Race win. But as quick as it looked good, it didn’t. On lap two Coop laid it over and dropped back to seventh. He spent he remainder of his Heat bouncing between seventh and eighth before nally nish- ing back in seventh. The Main Event would go better for Cooper. He started in ninth and quickly moved into seventh. From the he spent the earl stages of the race attempting to work his way past Chad Reed, but couldn’t get it done. On lap seven he brie y lost a spot to Blake Bagget, but quickly got it back and set his sights back on Chad. He would nally make the pass on lap eleven to nab the fth place spot in the Main. For Cooper he want’s better than fth, but today’s riding was good for him, he’s really nding some aggression lately like the Cooper we used to see on the 250. Look to see more good things out of him in the last four rounds.
