style. Meanwhile Derek Drake, smooth as but- ter, wouldn’t make any mistakes, taking the second place ride. Ash- ton Dickinson, based out of Cairo,Georgia, would take third. For the sec- ond round of action, the heavy hitters were once again jumbled up, mixed with numerous sorts
of moto scores. Derek Drake, at the front of the field yet again, decided he would be better off out front, rather than battling amongst the chaos. Therefore he
got the holeshot, leav- ing the likes of Mitchell Falk, Jordan Bailey, and Dylan Greer to duke
it out amongst them- selves. With everyone going back and forth outside of the lead position, Drake focused forward for the moto’s entirety. The strategy worked, as all he and mechanic were relaying to each other were lap- times, acting as if it were another day at the prac- tice track. Falk, although running solid in second, couldn’t match the speed of his California counterpart, and would remain in second, while Drake brought home the checkered flag. Knowing he’d won the title, he felt so relieved with reassur- ance of his hard work paying off. The final overall scores would list as Derek Drake, Jordan Bailey second, with 5-3 overall scores, and Ash- ton Dickinson third.
