Racing at unbridled speed Jackson ripped two impressive starts for both the motos in the College
(16-24) Sportsman class. Using the first turn track advantage from his starts, the #238 won both
motos convincingly by seven seconds in moto one and 8 seconds in moto two. In the 250 A class the Yamaha rider had his work cut out for him in moto 1 and moto2 because of some rough starts. He eventually worked his way up to 16th place in both by the end of the races. The third moto of the day saw Richard having a better start, allowing him to capitalize with an 8th place finish for 11th overall. The Oklahoma native continued his charge into the open pro sport class. With stiff competition in every gate, Jackson battled every race with savagery to keep the momentum going from Daytona. Strong consistent laps allowed the Okie to break into the top 15 with a 12th place overall finish. Taking every race opportunity to advance his position to the professional ranks, @ RJACKSON238 is on the right path to the dream of racing professionally. Be on the lookout for a blazing fast Yamaha with 238 on the sides at the next big amateur national, if you can see him before he passes by.
