DON BISCEGLIA
Don Bisceglia, father of Matt Bisceglia, has been racing for a loooong time. All kidding aside, he was racing professional motocross before most of the riders at Freestone this year were even born. A classic fast vet rider, Don stills rips to say the least. The Bisceglia are a perfect example of a moto family. They all ride, Dad was a pro, the kid was ‘raised at the track’ and is now following in Dad’s footsteps. It’s scenes such as these that show the heart of the sport. That we all are here risking our necks because of the simple love for dirt bikes and racing them against each other. The true reason this sport continues to grow is through people who pass down the love to the next generation. Don continues to contribute to the sport, training young dudes much like he’s done with Matt. He’s also that guy that embarrases younger ‘fast’ riders as he blast past them in a corner. Ride on, Don. Ride on.
