LANCE KOBUSCH
A well known name ever since the Monster Cup last year, Lance Kobusch is still
writing his name in history each time the bike is started and the wrist is twisted. The Super Mini Cup Champion, Lance comes into 2016 with even bigger plans as he begins his career edging into
the bigger-bike classes. Still a Super Mini monster, Kobusch comes into Texas trying to resume last year’s results and right a wrong made at the RCSX less than a month ago. He had a 5th place finish in the Super Mini division at Daytona International Speedway but was unable to finish the main in the Schoolboy class he was entered in; failing to truly make the dent in the field everyone knows he’s capable of. Wanting to continue on the wave of winning, Kobusch has arranged to roll the sleeves up and get real down south for Freestone. In an attempt to get back on track (no pun intended), the #99 Monster Energy Kawasaki rider didn’t have to travel far and should be well rested and well prepared coming into this week’s motos.
