No need for a Cessna 152 for the trip to Wortham, we’re going full Jumbo Jett (yes, two T’s). Reynolds had intentions of sweeping the Freestone event upon arrival, and almost eliminated every bristle in the process, taking home two titles and a second on the week.
At the top of the agenda was the 85 (9-11) Limited class. Jett won his opening division, however in the runoff found himself in a scrap with Caden Braswell and New York’s Nicholas Romano. Obtaining the fastest lap of the moto on lap two, Reynold’s worked his way into the lead on lap three and developed a five second cushion by race end (Title 1).
