On deck was the 85 (9-12) division; where Jett decided to grab another heat race win while waiting on his snow cone to be prepared at the concession stand. Moto 2 saw the Kawasaki rider toy with the competition, coming from fifth and a three second deficit on lap one, to inherit the lead the following time around. He would take the checkered with a three second gap (Title 2).
Heat one of the 85 (9-13) division saw Jett and Oregon’s Max Miller in a straight up schoolyard brawl, where they traded punches and swapped the race lead multiple times, with the elder Max Miller coming out on top. The runoff would be eerily similar as Reynold’s would holeshot, only to succumb to Miller on lap 3, finishing second overall.
