That Geico gecko sure has some quick feet, my goodness. It seems to be that every time a member
of the team is behind the gate, they are more than likely going to emerge at the front of the pack;
and heat two was no different, with RJ dashing for the cash and grabbing the holeshot.
With an unsynchronized hop through the first set of jumps, the pack began to leapfrog and RJ fell to second. In the following corner, Bowers would show a wheel, and finish the job in the whoop section, pushing Hampshire to third. He would remain strong for the remainder of the moto, and head to the big show with a three.
