It has to be tough watching a brother go down on the battlefield. They see each other’s every move, and inherit a bond that can’t be shared by anyone else in their life. Seeing a lifelong friend and family member crash in the midst of combat can be
detrimental to one’s mindset from that moment forward.
Yet Tommy Hahn continues to press on, week after week. Not downplaying the numerous setbacks of his own, the Yamaha rider has seen it all when it comes to rock bottom in this sport; but it must kill him to watch a best friend go through the same thing.
He’s not only fighting for his own pride, self-worth, and reputation, but Wil’s as well. Each week he decides to compete, he carries a torch for the family name, hoping to not only ignite his legacy, but rekindle Wil’s
motivation as well.
