Martin Davalos was heading into the Toronto SX round with a red plate and high hopes of keeping it to himself. Unfortunately some personal issues are preventing the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna rider from racing the next round. Now having to sit out a round he was perfectly healthy to race, Davalos is going to lose his red plate going into round 4 of the East Coast Lights and is going to have to fight like crazy to get the championship spot. The 250 series is a short one, the rest of the season is going to have to be nothing but consistency to clench onto that title after falling behind 20 points.
