The main event now halfway over and not short of excitement at all it begins to get interesting again, Bowers makes a mistake causing him to fall putting Bloss back up onto the podium, but Martin and Audette pass him quickly moving him back to 6th. Bowers begins to put the pressure on him and gets the pass putting him back into 7th with just three laps to go. Still within his
goal of being within the top ten the race wasn’t over for Bloss with just two laps to go he gets aggressive and passes Audette and Bowers back putting him in 5th. The battle continues when Bowers passes him back along with Wentland. On the final lap Bowers makes a mistake and falls back but Stewart got the pass leaving Bloss in 7th. After one of the most interesting events of the season Bloss gets his best finish of 7th place.
