>> Killian Auberson has been riding a consistent 2017 Supercross sea- son making every main event of the year thus far. Each race he has been inching his way closer and closer to that top ten finish with last weekend being his best one yet. Looking only for improvement, he worked hard throughout the week heading into round six. He started his day of racing by qualifying into the night show in thirteenth well within the top twenty overall. A nice boost of confidence for the young rider. Knowing he could be in that main event, Auberson put it down where it mattered during
his heat race. Getting one of his best starts the Slaton JMR racing rider was sitting comfortably in third place right off the get go. Not letting the excitement of such a good start get to him he rode a consistent heat race only losing a couple positions near the end that pushed his overall finish back to sixth. A comfortable transfer spot and a pretty decent gate pick for the main event. The main event start was right up there along with his heat race start. Getting another fantastic jump out of the gate Auberson put himself right in the mix of the top ten. He was able to hold onto a ninth place spot for the first five minutes of the race before he fell back
to eleventh. He rode in that position for about half the race before he lost another position and moved into twelfth. The last five minutes of the race he continued to lose spots until he was sitting back in fifteenth where he crossed the finish line.
