ADAM CIANCIARULO
Adam Cianciarulo is without a doubt one of, if not the best amateur motocross racer of all time. He
was absolutely dominant in his younger years racking up countless numbers of titles on his way to the professional ranks. He carried a lot of weight on his shoulders once he entered the pros making anything but winning a slight disappointment. His speed was not in question during his rookie season but it was injuries
that would slow him down. We have only caught glimpses of what this young rider is capable of because of all the injuries that have taken their toll on him. In 2014, he was in command of the 250 east coast supercross series after winning three of the first five rounds and finishing second in the other two races. But he would go down hard and knock himself out of the championship with just
a few rounds left. Then in 2015, he looked to finally find his groove again outdoors with a streak of podium finishes but another injury would take him down. We finally got to see him lead laps last weekend at High Point only to surrender it midway through the race. He is still not 100% but maybe that taste of the lead is what he needed to jumpstart his season and his recovery.
