In the final minutes, Brayton was passed by Baggett and Musquin, dropping to 9th at the checkers of moto one;
a disappointing finish to an extremely successful moto that tied his season best. As moto two was ignited, Bray-
ton was motivated and jumped to 2nd behind Broc Tickle after the first few turns. At the start of lap two, Justin was forced to 3rd by Roczen. After the next few minutes, Brayton was pushed back to 6th with everyone testing their capabilities in the early laps. Riding ahead of Peick for what seemed like a good portion of the race, Brayton dropped to 10th as he fell victim to the four-person battle of Pourcel, Baggett, Barcia and Peick. Now, clinching onto the top ten spot, a late push by Justin Bogle pushed #10 outside the top ten to finish with 9-11 moto scores for a 9th overall. Although no one wants to lose more spots than they gain, Justin earned his first top ten overall of the year and will take this step in the right direction for round six next weekend.
