COOPER WEBB
The #17 of Cooper Webb hasn’t quite found the flow through the first four rounds of the summer but
has managed to keep himself within arm’s length of the points leader, Joey Savatgy. Suffering with the lingering pain of a broken navicular in his wrist at start of the season, it’s obvious as to what’s been ailing
him. Being the constant warrior that he is, though, Webb has pushed through the pain and posted four podiums and a 5th place overall so far into 2016. Heading into round five, back at the track where he won the first overall of his career in 2014, Cooper searches for momentum to turn it up a notch and close the gap on points leader Joey Savatgy. It’s easy to get accustomed to the constant late in the race moves of Webb but what the #17 Yamaha rider needs, like all the other top contenders, is starts. If Cooper
