Mitchell Harrison looked good as he navigated the rough and rutted track early in practice in Tennessee. Many riders struggled to find fast lines around the track and Mitchell was only able to qualify 16th go- ing into the races. When the first 250 moto began, Mitchell got a good jump and was doing the best he could to keep it on two wheels through the first turn chaos. By the time the craziness fizzled out, he was
sitting near 20th and was doing pushing hard to gain some positions as fast as he could. By the halfway point, he had made some impressive passes and was sitting a very respectable 13th place. With just three laps to go, he was charging hard, but was unable to make up any more positions by the end. In moto two, Mitchell’s start was better and he was sit- ting right behind teammate, Jeremy who was running 12th place on the first lap. Unfortunately, disaster struck and Mitchell hit the dirt. He was now out of the race with 20 minutes still left on the clock. Hopefully he is ok and we will see him ready for redemption next weekend.
