ELI TOMAC
Eli Tomac has been assumed by many to be “the next big thing”. With
a decorated amateur career and great pro success already in
the 250 classes, Eli is looking to achieve the
one thing that’s missing from his trophy room,
a 450 Championship.
So far this season, Eli
has been unexpectedly quiet. He has yet to
show the dominance he did in the beginning of 2015 that many people were expecting. Although flashes of speed have kept him finishing inside the top five consistently, he is still chasing that first win of 2016. He will be looking hard for it this weekend but it will not come easy
if current points leader, Ken Roczen has anything to do with it. Eli will no doubt find his time at the top in this sport and only time will tell when exactly it will happen. He has shown he can dominate; he has shown he has the speed, and he knows
how to be a champion.
Eli has established
himself as the only rider this season who could possibly stop Roczen’s domination, based purely on raw speed. As the series goes on, Eli will gain the experience,
and confidence he
needs. It would not be unreasonable to assume Eli will get a win this year and it surely will not be his last.
