Those good laps paid off as he caught Dungey on lap twelve and made a nice aggressive move for third. He looked to have ended Dungey’s streak of podiums but then back-to-back laps of big bobbles in the gnarly whoop section allowed
Dungey to get back around. Anderson could not retaliate and settled for the fourth place position. It was a solid ride for El Hombre on one of the most grueling tracks we’ve seen all year. He has two more
rounds to try and get his third win of the season.
