Similar to his Geico Honda teammates, Foxborough and round fifteen didn’t quite meet team ex- pectations for Bogle but he was still able to post a respectable finish. He had rushed out of the gate in his heat race and rode onto a super solid 2nd place finish behind the always charging Husky of
Jason Anderson. Even though he finished in the top two, though, Bogle was lucky the heat was only six laps as Trey Canard came in third, nipping at the rear tire of Bogle at the finish. As a result, Justin knew what he had do for the main event and used the opportunity to skip the semi’s as a way of reaching that race-day mentality before the final gate drop in Gillette Stadium. Once it did, Bogle found himself just outside the top-5 and maintained the pace for the next twenty laps. He was passed on lap two by fellow Honda rider Trey Canard on lap two, pushing the #19 rider back to 7th as the race started to unfold. Over the next few laps, Bogle continued to push making his way around the #33 of Josh Grant to regain 6th place and set up camp for the remainder of the race. Not much movement and minimal mistakes were enough for Bogle to ride fairly comfortably into his 2nd six place finish in the last four races. Compared to his 4th overall last weekend in St. Louis, Bogle may have gone downhill but was still able to make progress in the points standings by moving up a position into 13th. As the season winds down, Bogle now only sits six-points outside the top-10 and will be continuing the late season momentum into New York next weekend.
