WESTON PEICK
450 MX / 14TH
IMAGE / KILPATRICK WORDS / ARMSTRONG DESIGN / TILLS
>> Weston Peick has been inside of the top 5 more often then not lately after a miserable 2017 season. Weston has been turning his year around lately for the better and even though he is fighting through injury we all know that Peick will block out all of the pain he may be going through while out on the track. Weston was running in 2nd for the first few laps at The Wick but things started to unfold for the #32 quickly. A small handful of riders made their way by
Peick with relative ease which is uncommon. Peick was now running a strong 5th place until the midway point where the #14 of Seely began to apply the pressure. While Peick was trying to deal with the pressure from Seely his
bike decided that it was time to shut down. Race two got underway and this time Peick was well outside of the top 10 after the first turn. After the first five minutes Peick got himself to 9th and was all the way to 7th at one point. A late race pass by Craig left Weston to finish 8th in moto two and 14th overall.
