RESULTS DONOTLIE
450 C limited. Besting that, however, he would look to be aboard the top of the field for 250 C; and he would do so, claiming an outstanding second overall. But this 450
C division, was one where it all seemed to click, and his laptimes were that of the best in the field; looking to absolutely terrorize the field, he would do so, never looking back, and coming across the line ecstatic as
with solid times all throughout practice, he and mechanic would line up for numerous
C class outings, looking to do no less than stellar throughout every particular green flag sequence. Lining up for four separate classes, he wanted to make his stay in Florida worthwhile, making it feel as though he was always on the bike. The number 311 KTM had a bit of trouble throughout his heat
race outings, but had the courage and tenacity to turn it all around once the main events would begin. His true grit would be on display, never letting a bad gate posi- tion hinder his overall finish, starting off strong with a pair of eighth’s, in both 250 C Limited and 450 C. He want- ed to continue ascending, placing sixth in the 450 C limited division. But he would put it all together in the 250 C group, generating a solid start and solidifying it with laps that were all replicating of one another. He wasn’t deviating far from his fastest circuit, and it would hold him strong in the third place posi- tion. Climbing over the finish line stripe, he was beyond excited to claim a podium
in a division such as this, looking forward to a boost of confidence with the outdoor races just
to come.
An eighth place finish in the 250 C limited class would follow suit, begin-
ning the

Ducking
and dodg-
ing all types of roost from the competition Scott would land himself in the top ten on
multiple occasions, with highlights coming in both of the stock divisions. A ninth in the 250 C limited class, would be duplicated
in the 450 C limited class. Heading back
to the Midwest, he knew what to work on, and couldn’t wait to put his plan into action. The training would start the moment he got home, ready to clock in and put in the work to further his career.
MAXIMO CACERES
With his name preluding his efforts, Maximo Caceres is a rider who truly leaves it all
on the line in order to obtain his goals and finishes. He’s a rider who acts as fearless
as they come, willing to risk it all in order to be considered a top-tier racer. Hailing from Miami, Florida, the trek north was one of visualization and forecasting, where he saw himself walking away from the event with solid finishes, letting everyone in attendance know who exactly the number 116 KTM was. A fourth place to begin his heat race festivi- ties unfortunately would be his best finish
of the first motos. With less than mediocre gate picks for the run-off events shortly thereafter, he had to really dig deep and show some heart, in order to generate this finishes he wanted. But the maximum effort, as previously talked about, would be on high alert, and man would he absolutely kill it in the run-off of the 250 C limited division. An eighth place start was one where he truly would have to claw and fight, in order to be
in a re- spectable position by race end. But each lap, he would pick them off, one by one, perse- vering through traffic and crashes of all kinds. His compo- sure was impres- sive, as he would actually wait for
his opponents in front to make a mistake, before capitalizing and putting himself into
ever, and rightfully so. He’d done it, claiming a title, and leaving the division crowned as king! For the outdoor segment of the week, he would begin with a solid showing, placing third in the first moto of 250 C limited. He would then go on an absolute tear of the C class divisions, being one of the most domi- nant riders in the entire motocross portion of the event. With only one finish outside the top three, a seventh would come in the 250 C limited class. It would then be a series of ones, with three wins tallied in his favor, and an exceptional performance of three overall championships! Haimowitz couldn’t have been happier when leaving the grounds of the Winter Olympics!
TANNER SCOTT
Hailing from the little known racetown of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Tanner Scott has been blazing a trail all across the country, on his way to the 2018 Winter Olympics, Pick- ing up solid finish after solid finish through- out the year, he came into this particular race at Gatorback Cycle Park, looking to put the icing on the cake so to speak, and end on a high note. Starting off the week strong
