After opening some eyes at the beginning of this year’s 250 East series, Albertson has struggled to contend in the main events so far this season. He started the year with a 10th
place finish but has been outside the top fifteen since. He’s had to battle back from a broken sternum
he suffered in Toronto for round three but there’s no doubt that the #84 wanted more heading into East Rutherford. His last showing there, a 19th back in 2015 aboard a 450, put even more motivation in the Motorsport Suzuki camp to improve upon its misfortunes, and Albertson hoped to be feeling it in the final east coast round of the season.
