It is a dream for most riders to ride for the coveted HRC Factory Honda team and Cole Seely has managed to solidify himself as one of a select few that have been offered the opportunity. After finishing his amateur career on Suzuki, Cole had the opportunity to ride for the TLD Honda team
and he stayed there for his whole 250 career. Cole was never a “guy to beat” when it came to Loretta’s and the ama- teur scene but his BMX background quickly made him a star when he turned professional and supercross was a part of the agenda. Cole has fought tooth and nail for a 250 SX title that he has narrowly missed a couple of seasons in a row. The California native put in some good showings as a fill in rider in the 450 class while he was still racing 250’s and his results where more than enough for Honda to make a deal with Seely in the premier class.
