HaIDen Deegan: 51CC (7-8) lIMIteD
MaIn event 5:
MaSterS (50+)
As the Masters (50+) division took to the track it would be Earl May enjoying his home state’s soil and rocketing to an early lead. When
all was said and done, “The Pearl” had worked the #82 Team Green Kawasaki to a commanding twenty- five second lead. Kansas City’s Jack Lambert and Florida’s Gregory Porter raced their way to second and third place respectively on the tough track.
MaIn event 12:
450 C (21+)
In 450 C (21+) it was a battle between Diego Tavares and earlier champ Denner Daniel Alves. This time Tavares was able to top the class landing himself the national title. Alves capped his impressive ride off with a second place overall and third belonged to Matthews, Alabama’s Adam Rector.
MaIn event 25:
woMen aMateUr (12+)
After great racing during the heats, the top three finishers came out swinging once again to take on their shot at the main event win. Gracie Vanhorn’s moves to get into an early lead were enough to keep her afloat in the number one position however it wouldn’t be handed to
her. An intense battle between her, Brooke Whipple, and Jordan Jarvis for the win ensued. The two inched
up to Vanhorn’s back wheel staying just under a second away. When the checkered flag was waved on the final lap it would be Miss Vanhorn followed by Jordan Jarvis after a last lap pass on Brook Whipple who would slide into the third place spot.
MaIn event 20:
51CC (7-8) lIMIteD
In 51cc (7-8) Limited, the roots of amateur moto were screaming
and it was Danger Boy Haiden Deegan riding like a banshee to the top spot. Deegan made the move
on Casey Cochran on lap two and pushed forward until the end of the moto. Just behind the leader, Cochran got into a heated battle with Daxton Bennick and Jordan Renfro for the second place spot. After several
back and forth’s Cochran capitalized finishing second just ahead of Orlando’s Renfro in the third.
