DarIan SanayeI: 250 all-Star / 450 a
MaIn event 19: 250 all-Star a/B
In the stacked 250 All-Star A/B class, the best 250 riders in amateur motocross are eligible to sign up for the deep event. After some amazing heat racing, Seven MX backed Chase Bell ripped his way into the front of the pack on lap one of the ten lap all-star shootout followed by Team Green’s Darian Sanayei and Mitchell Harrison. Bell and Sanayei absolutely threw down on the Daytona Amateur Supercross track keeping within one half of a second from each other for five laps. Sanayei stepped it up the following lap laying down the fastest lap of the main and making the pass into first place where he would stay for the remainder of the race, earning his first championship of a trying week. “The week started out rough with some bad heats but turned it around on main day winning championships in the 250 All-Star and 450 A. I just put my head down today and no matter what situation I was in, I was trying my best to charge up to the front. I’m going to do a little more therapy on my shoulder this week and get ready for Freestone!” Chase Bell stuck close for second place just three seconds back holding off Austin Forkner’s late race charge from eighth to third.

Entering with a physical chip on his shoulder, Darian Sanayei was very hungry for the top spot again after winning the All-Star event and coming oh so close earlier on as well. Sanayei got out front quickly and pushed it to the limit in the lengthy RCSX main event. “The 450 moto was good. I got out front fairly quick and didn’t look back. It’s not too long on the clock but twelve laps on that track feels like quite some time out there.” Second place went to Team a Green Kawasaki teammate Mitchell Harrison, someone Darian has spent a great deal of time training and battling with lately. “Mitchell is cool, we both train and work very hard. We are friends off the track and on the track it’s nice to know that you are battling with a rider that isn’t going to pull a sketchy move and cross jump or anything like that. But with that being said, I don’t want anyone being in front of me at the finish line...” Third place on the day went to Amsoil Honda backed racer Tristan Charboneau who followed up the podium the majority of the race.
MaIn event 7: 250 C (17+)
