>> Kyle Chislom started his season off racing the 250 West Coast Lites rounds. Not wanting to lose his momentum in Supercross he has been racing the East coast 450 rounds, but considering he is a veteran to the sport its no surprise he’s made several main events. Getting that extra practice under his belt is sure to help him when the West Coast starts back up here in a couple weeks. Chisolm’s night in Indy started out well getting a decent start in his heat race right around 12th. Knowing how short the race was, he was going to need some serious luck to get up
to 4th. Chisolm kept his head down and was able to finish in 11th. For
the semi, his start was much better putting him right in 6th one way from a transfer position. Fighting hard in yet another short race the Smart-
Top MotoConcepts Honda rider fell short and was sent to the LCQ. With his final chance to make the main event Chisolm really needed to put it together. Putting himself near the front off the get go all he had to do was ride a smooth race and he was in, but that is much easier said than done. Avoiding all the bar banging behind him through to the finish the Honda rider qualified into the main event with a 4th place LCQ finish. Happy to be in the main event Chisolm was ready to have some fun with it. The #11 was around 17th out of the gate, working to maintain minimal mis- takes. Only three laps into the race he fell back to 20th. Riding the best he could for the night Kyle Chisolm finished off round eleven in 20th.
