>> Fast Freddy Noren from Sweden has defiantly made an impact
in racing in the USA and is continuing to do so as his indoor skill has increased each and every year. When Fredrik came to America to chase his dream, he lacked talent on the supercross circuit but ex- celled racing motocross. While running his own effort as a privateer Noren was putting in impressive finishes that caught the eye of HRC Honda. Since then HRC has given Noren fill in rides with their factory effort and has continued to support him on every team he has been on. Noren put in a good impression with the Honda guys and he has been rewarded with continued support throughout the years. The #40 qualified 13th fastest at round 5 and was poised to crack back into the top 10. Fast Freddy started 6th in his heat race and battled his way to third place with two laps remaining. Sadly Joey Savatgy was on his way through and got by Noren in the final stages. It was still a much respected 4th place finish and Noren was looking forward to getting himself a good finish in the main event. When the gate dropped for the points race Fredrick got his TiLube Honda Racing machine into 10th, quickly making his way to 9th. Noren looked good on the opening laps of the main running 9th, until a crash moved him all the way back to 18th. Freddy tried to continue the rest of the main event, he even got back a few of the positions he lost, but in the end he pulled off the track and was scored 21st on the night. As it stands right now Fredrik is sitting 15th in the championship standings but there are 4 round remaining. The speed is there, if he can keep it on two week he can defiantly get close to the top 10.
